Once you have purchased the Philips Personal TV Receiver, you need to call
TiVo (1-877-FOR-TIVO) to activate the service. The service provides the
program information the Receiver needs to function, allowing you to set up
automatic recordings and receive free software updates, TiVolution magazine,
and Network Showcases.
